Apart from the design and style, the BMW R 18 is also a mighty bike with a 1,802 cc boxer-twin engine. This air-cooled engine also comes with oil-cooled technology that generates 91 bhp power at 4,750 rpm and 157 Nm peak torque at 3,000 rpm.

The bike's engine is equipped with a final shaft drive instead of a chain or belt drive with a 6-speed gearbox. You can also choose a slow reverse gear in this bike. The motorcycle will be sold in two variants named Standard, and First Edition and its delivery will start in late 2020.
