Mercedes-Benz India has quietly introduced 2.0-liter petrol for the C200 in the C-Class range. The company will provide this engine with two variants - C200 Prime and C200 Progressive, whose ex-showroom price in Delhi has been kept at Rs 40.90 lakh and Rs 46.54 lakh respectively.

The new BS6 2.0-liter motor replaces the previously available 1.5-liter engine introduced in Mercedes-Benz's EQ Boost mild-hybrid system. 5 variants are currently being sold in the Mercedes-Benz C-Class without AMG line-up, whose showroom price starts from Rs 40.90 lakh to Rs 51.25 lakh.

The 1991cc four-cylinder, petrol engine with Mercedes-Benz C200, has been given, which is capable of generating 201 bhp power, and this engine has been provided by the company a 9G Tronic automatic transmission. This car catches 0-100 km / h in just 7.7 seconds, while the top speed of the electronically limited vehicle is 239 km / h.

Apart from the technical changes, the features of the car have been kept the same, and Mercedes-Benz India has added chrome-twin-slate grille, high-performance LED headlamps, integrated LED DRLs, panoramic sliding sunroof, twin-5-spoke alloy wheels. And many more features like LED tail lamps have been given.
