 Electric two-wheeler manufacturer Okaya EV (Okaya EV) has announced a new monsoon cashback scheme for customers. This new scheme is valid till 31 July 2023. Customers shopping for Fast series scooters can win exciting cashback prizes. Or they also stand a chance to win an exciting 4-day/3-night trip to Thailand, worth INR 50,000.

With this offer, customers can avail of the following amounts as cashback – Rs.5,000, Rs.2,000, Rs.1,500, Rs.1,000, and Rs.500. In addition, some lucky winners will stand a chance to win a trip to Thailand worth Rs.50,000, all expenses will be borne by the company. Travel under this offer is valid for one person only.

To participate, customers will have to buy an Okaya EV Fast series electric vehicle. Including Faast F4 (Fast F4), Faast F3 (Fast F3), F2B (F2B), and F2T (F2T) models in the Fast Series product line during the plan period.

Moreover, the manufacturer has recently announced a hike in the price of its electric scooters due to the subsidy cut by the Government of India under the revised FAME 2 scheme. The EV maker said in an official release that the price of Okaya Fast F4, Fast F3, Fast F2B, and Fast F2T electric scooters have been increased significantly.

Okaya Fast F4 Price

Okaya EV has said in its official statement that the price hike was necessary for line with the cut in government subsidies for electric scooters. With the revised pricing, the Okaya Fast F4 now costs Rs 1,39,951, up from Rs 1,13,999 earlier. While the Fast F3 now costs Rs 1,29,948, which was earlier Rs 1,04,999. The Faast F2B is now priced at Rs 1,10,745, up from Rs 94,999 earlier, and the Faast F2T has increased from Rs 91,999 to Rs 1,07,903.

The EV maker has said that earlier customers used to get a subsidy of Rs 66,000 on buying the Okaya Fast F4 electric scooter. However, due to the subsidy cut, the revised subsidy amount for scooters has been capped at Rs 22,500, which has affected the overall pricing strategy of the manufacturer.
