The Citroen C3 Aircross variant list starts with the You variant, which is priced at Rs. 10.0 lakh (ex-showroom). The dual-tone paint option for the Plus and Max variant costs Rs. 20,000 more than the corresponding standard variants. The Vibe Pack for the Plus variants cost Rs. 25,000, while the Vibe Pack for the Max variants is priced at Rs. 22,000. The Plus and Max variants of the C3 Aircross are available with 5- and 7-seat configuration.

The Vibe Pack offers bronze coloured highlights on the ORVM covers, front bumper, and roof rails. Additionally, the Vibe Pack also offers door protectors and a chrome tailgate applique.
