Booking of 2020 Mahindra Scorpio BS6 started, launch in India very soon

Customers interested in the new Scorpio SUV can book it by paying a token amount of Rs 5,000. It is estimated that SUV prices will be shared a few weeks after the applicable lockdown opens nationwide. Significantly, Mahindra Scorpio is also among the most popular cars sold in India.
The new Scorpio has not come with many cosmetic changes, but the engine of the BS6 model of the SUV has been changed, and it now meets the latest Bharat Stage 6 rules.
While Mahindra Automotive has not made many changes in the features of BS6 Scorpio, some changes have been made in the variants of the company's line-up. Mahindra has stopped selling the automatic and four-wheel drive variants of this SUV.
Interestingly, the company has also stopped production of the 4W variants of the XUV500 after the BS6 update. The new BS6 Mahindra Scorpio will now be available in four options - S5, S7, S9 and S11. Let us know that the 4W variant of the SUV was made available in the S10 variant which has now been discontinued. Mahindra Automotive has made the new SUV available in 7,8 and 9-seater options.
The same 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine has been given with the BS6 Mahindra Scorpio which generates 138 bhp power and 320 Nm peak torque. This oil burner engine is equipped with a 5-speed gearbox in the base variant and a 6-speed manual gearbox in the top trim with mid.
The first 6-speed torque converter engine was made available with the Scorpio. Apart from Scorpio, Mahindra has made the Bolero facelift with XUV500 and XUV300 and the rest of the models available in BS6 engine. Also, tell that the company has stopped production in all the plants in the lockdown implemented due to Coronavirus epidemic.
