2024 Hyundai Creta Facelift Spied Yet Again – Reveals New Details
Hyundai Creta Facelift Spied Yet Again
The latest spy shots of the Creta facelift show the C-segment SUV still wrapped in camouflage. However, the new images reveal a few interesting changes over the current Creta SUV, including the addition of new dual-tone alloy wheels and roof rails. Also visible are the new LED DRLs that look similar to the daytime running lights seen in the Hyundai Venue B2-segment SUV. While the headlamps are still placed in the front bumper, they seem vertically oriented this time around and feature a dual pod design for the low and high beam. While the design of the front grille isn’t visible, we could expect Hyundai to offer a version of their ‘Parametric’ front grille offered in the recently-unveiled Tucson facelift.
The side profile of the upcoming Creta facelift is likely to remain the same as the current model. However, we wouldn’t be surprised if Hyundai make a few changes to the character lines on the doors and quarter panels. At the rear, the Creta facelift could feature an H-shaped connected LED tail lamp setup similar to the one seen in the Venue facelift. However, the Creta seems to feature additional lighting elements mounted on either side of the tailgate while the Venue doesn’t.

The current Hyundai Creta is already a feature-rich car. Hence, we expect Hyundai to not offer many new features with the updated Creta. However, the dashboard layout could get a revamp, with the digital driver’s display and infotainment system sitting within the same binnacle, like in the newly unveiled Tucson facelift. Expect the Creta facelift to continue offering features such as ventilated front seats and panoramic sunroof while also adding a host of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) features.
Hyundai Creta Facelift Expected Powertrain
As far as powertrains are concerned, we do not expect Hyundai to update the engines and transmissions that are offered in the current Creta. Hence, expect the Creta facelift to offer a 1.5L normal petrol (115PS/144Nm) with the choice of a 6-speed manual or CVT automatic transmission, and a 1.5-litre diesel engine (116PS/250Nm) with a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic. Additionally, Hyundai could offer the 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine (160PS/253Nm) that made its debut with the Hyundai Verna and also powers the Kia Seltos facelift and Carens MPV. This engine could be offered with the option of a 6-speed manual and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
