Will get rid of petrol and diesel: preparation of hydrogen vehicles with more mileage and speed
Many efforts have been made around the world on the issue of climate change. Along with this, to curb air pollution, big countries worldwide have also set targets towards reducing their carbon emissions. To achieve this objective, battery-operated electric vehicles are being promoted. Now in this episode, we will also announce hydrogen-powered cars. Technology is also being developed to prepare hydrogen gas at the least cost and give maximum mileage on less gas.
Let us tell you that vehicular pollution remains a big problem in the country's capital Delhi and many cities. This has had a terrible effect on the quality of the air. The number of people suffering from respiratory diseases due to polluted air has also increased continuously. The Department of Science and Technology is constantly working to deal with this problem.
250 km range
Automobile companies are attracting people by making semi-hybrid and fully hybrid cars after petrol, diesel, CNG, and LPG. But now, automobile companies are also preparing to introduce vehicles running on Next Fuel Cell (Hydrogen Power Fuel).
Let us tell you that recently India's first hydrogen car has been successfully tested. This car has been developed by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research Council in association with a private company. The tank capacity of this car is 1.75 kg of hydrogen. This car, which runs on hydrogen gas fuel, can travel up to 250 kilometres when it is a full tank and running at a speed of 65 to 70 kilometres per hour.
The technology of this car has been thoroughly prepared in the country. This technology of hydrogen gas can soon be used in public transport such as buses and commercial vehicles such as trucks.
